All sales are final. Due to the nature of our events and the preparation involved, we do not offer refunds or transfers for any reason. However, we offer a booking protection ticket you must purchase this ticket to receive a credit for a future visit. The credited ticket is only good for another experience within 90 days. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
